bitdrift is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your information. We incorporate both privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default principles into our products and services. By default, bitdrift does not collect, store, or process personal information. bitdrift's applications provide customers with configurable features, which enable customers to customize the products, including with respect to collection of personal information. If a customer enables these features, bitdrift may have access to and may process certain personal information in accordance with the customer's configuration.

With respect to such information that bitdrift may process:

• bitdrift shall only process the personal information pursuant to the customer's documented instructions;
• bitdrift will ensure that any personnel with access to the personal information are bound by confidentiality obligations;
• bitdrift shall implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure security of the information;
• bitdrift shall comply with all applicable data protection laws;
• bitdrift shall assist and cooperate with the customer in fulfilling or demonstrating its compliance obligations under applicable data protection laws; and
• if bitdrift engages subcontractors to process personal information, we enter into written agreements with such subcontractors and impose terms that provide at least the same level of protection for personal information.

Regarding our security measures, bitdrift is SOC 2 certified. We also offer customers the ability to enable additional security features.
